ELDs versus HOS - the debate goes on

Depending on who you ask, the new era of required ELDs is having an impact on drivers.  Some say it's not the ELDs that are the issue, but the hours of service that make it difficult, especially when delays are inevitable.  Others we interviewed said the abolishment of paper logs is a good thing, and if you schedule your time properly, there aren't any more problems than there were before ELDs. It's an on-going debate.

 

We interviewed one driver who is following all the rules with ELDs and hours of service, and he admits he finds his job more challenging than ever.  He gave us an inside look into his day as a truck driver. Watch our video now and let us know your thoughts.

LOGISTICS MOVES PRETTY FAST
