Choptank Transport begins new construction – adds jobs

Choptank Transport, a rapidly growing third-party logistics company, has announced that it has started construction on a new 11,000 square-foot expansion of its headquarters in Preston, Maryland which will allow them to hire an additional 130 people in the next two years. This is its third expansion at this location within the last decade. The new space will mirror the existing facility, with large open spaces to preserve the collaborative environment that is part of the company culture.
